Rafael is a proven operator and growth architect who has
successfully scaled traditional jewelry retail through deep, hands-on expertise. Starting as a CAD designer for a renowned jewelry brand, he rapidly mastered the business’s intricacies, rising through the ranks to Head of Production, Operations Manager, and ultimately, Partner. By overhauling every aspect of the business, Rafael successfully scaled the company’s revenue by over 3x in just 14 months.
He experienced the industry’s biggest bottlenecks firsthand, watching jewelers lose countless hours and resources trying to articulate the customer’s vision instead of closing sales.
As CEO, Rafael now drives the strategic vision to bridge this communication gap. By introducing AI-powered visualization tools, he enables jewelers to let customers “see before they buy,” accelerating high-value custom orders.
Alan combines expertise in enterprise-level engineering and the wholesale jewelry trade to offer a unique perspective within the jewelry industry. His technical background stems from working with complex, large-scale software solutions. During COVID-19, he built secure public health data systems for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to handle massive volume without compromising security.
He later founded and operated a wholesale diamond and jewelry venture, working directly with global suppliers and independent jewelers. Having experienced the industry’s bottlenecks firsthand, Alan saw how outdated systems and manual workflows were costing jewelers time and energy.
As CTO, Alan supports the technical foundation of Jeweler Studio. His vision of bringing AI-powered visualization and streamlined workflows to the industry allows jewelers to capitalize on modern tech without compromising their craft.
