How to Add AI Jewelry Design to Your Website in 4 Steps

7 min readBy JewelerStudio

You paste a line of script into your site. That is the technical part, start to finish. There is no rebuild, no migration, no developer, and no new website. The embed goes live in about a minute, and the work that actually matters is the twenty minutes of decisions you make before you switch it on.

Most setup guides for this, including the one this page replaces, sell the ease by inventing a horror story about what it used to cost. Skip that. Here is what the four steps really are, and the short checklist that decides whether the thing earns its keep once it is live.

What you are actually adding

One platform, two tools, and it is worth knowing which one you are putting on which page. Studio AI turns what a customer describes into a photorealistic render in seconds, so a described piece becomes something they can look at. Ring Pro is a white-label 3D ring builder: the shopper picks a metal, stone, setting, and style from options you configured, watches it render in real time, and sees a cost estimate from the price ranges you set.

Both are white-labeled. Customers only ever see your logo, your colors, and your domain. If you are still deciding which capabilities your site needs at all, that question is answered separately in the AI features every jewelry website needs. This page assumes you have decided and want to know what installing it involves.

Step 1: Pick the plan that matches your render volume

Plans are sized by how many premium image generations you use per month, not by how many leads you capture. That distinction matters when you are choosing, so be clear on it:

  • Silver, $149 a month. 400 premium image generations a month, the sales opportunity pipeline with categorized leads, full website integration, a customer quote request form, an analytics dashboard, and material cost breakdown.
  • Gold, $349 a month. Everything in Silver plus 1,200 generations, automated follow-up by email and SMS, your logo on the platform, watermarked images, and a dedicated success manager with white-glove integration.
  • Diamond, $849 a month. Everything above plus 3,000 generations, design-deposit integration, deeper UI customization, and the full suite including the 3D engagement ring customizer and the picture pendant visualizer.

Annual billing takes about 15% off. Every plan ships with a 7-day free trial, no setup fees and no contracts, so the honest way to size this is to run the trial and watch your own generation count rather than guess from a table.

Step 2: Paste the embed

This is the whole technical step:

<script src="https://embed.jewelerstudio.ai/embed.js" async></script>

It runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and any site that lets you add an embed. If you can paste a snippet, you can install this, and nothing about your existing site has to change to accommodate it.

Where it goes is a real decision, not a formality. A dedicated page linked from your main navigation is the usual choice, because it gives the tool a URL you can send people to and signals that you take custom work seriously. Your existing custom jewelry section is the next best spot. Burying it three clicks deep is the version that fails, and it fails for the same reason covered in the seven jewelry website mistakes costing you custom orders: the tool cannot capture anyone who never finds it.

Step 3: Make it yours, and set your own limits

This is where you protect your margins, so it is worth doing properly rather than accepting defaults. Every metal, stone, style, and price range is configurable to match your inventory. What a customer can build is what you decided they can build, and the estimate they see comes from ranges you set.

Get those ranges right before you publish, not after. A configurator quoting from numbers you have not checked will hand a shopper an expectation you then have to walk back, which is a worse conversation than the one you were trying to avoid. If pricing custom work quickly without cutting into your own margin is the part you find hardest, that is its own discipline, covered in how to quote custom jewelry faster.

Branding is the easy half. Your logo and colors go on, and on the higher plans your logo goes onto the generated images too. You are filling out forms, not writing code, and the onboarding team sets it up with you rather than handing you a manual.

Step 4: Decide who answers the lead, then go live

When someone finishes a design and leaves their details, that lead has to land somewhere a human will see it. Leads sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and 5,000+ apps through Zapier, and from Gold up the platform can run automated follow-up by email and SMS on its own.

Automate the first touch before launch day, not after. A design submitted at 11 PM is worth far less on Thursday morning than it is at 11:05 PM, and the drop-off is steeper than most people expect. The research behind that, including the number almost everyone online misquotes, is in the 5-minute rule for jewelry lead follow-up. The wider mechanism, from first click to captured design, is in how AI jewelry software captures leads and closes sales.

What it does not require

No developer. No redesign. No platform migration. No CAD skills. And no long-term commitment, since there are no contracts and removing it is just deleting the snippet you pasted, which leaves nothing behind on your site.

The alternative worth naming is not a price tag, it is ownership. Commissioning your own design tool means you own the build, the bugs, the browser testing, and every fix your platform forces on you the next time it updates. That is a permanent job, not a project, and it is the actual reason most independents never built one.

Before you switch it on

Four things to settle first. None of them are technical, and they are what separates a tool that produces orders from a widget sitting on a page nobody visits.

  • Set your price ranges and options first. Publishing with defaults is how you end up quoting work you did not want at a number you did not choose.
  • Name who answers, and how fast. Pick the person and the maximum response time before the first lead arrives, not after.
  • Know what a render can and cannot promise. It is reliable for aesthetic direction, stone shape, metal color, and agreement. It is not a manufacturing specification, and telling a customer the difference up front prevents the worst conversation in this business. The full split is in are AI jewelry designs realistic.
  • Put it where traffic already lands. Your most-visited pages beat a perfect page nobody reaches.

The short version

Pick a plan on render volume, paste one line of script, configure your metals and stones and price ranges, and route the leads to someone who will answer them quickly. The install is the easy part and takes about a minute. The four decisions above are the part that determines whether it works.

JewelerStudio runs Studio AI and Ring Pro as one white-label system on the site you already have, from $149 to $849 a month, and it stays invisible so the brand stays yours. Book a demo to see it running on your own site, or see pricing if you would rather compare the plans first.
